Congratulations to the JFK students who performed in the Division 2&3 All-County Music Festival at the Tilles Center for Performing Arts, Brookville, NY. The All-County Music Festival is an opportunity for students to be rewarded for their individual success on their instrument or voice. The students were chosen based on their NYSSMA scores from the previous school year, as well as teacher recommendation. Congratulations to this select group of students!

Central Boulevard Elementary School hosted it's Art Exhibit on Wednesday May 15, 2024. The theme was "Outer Space" and the students' art work was displayed in a creative way. Congratulations to the Regal Eagles for being a finalist at the FIRST New York City Regional as well as earned the prestigious Impact Award! They are riding high heading into FIRST Robotics Competition World Championships in two weeks!
Congratulations to John F. Kennedy Middle School for their victory in the district's Annual Autism Awareness Dodgeball Tournament! They went undefeated in the double elimination tournament. The event raised $4,362 which will be donated to the district's ESY program!

Bethpage sophomore Anderson Maziero recently took home the second place Best Essay Award in Stony Brook University’s 19th annual Japan Center Essay Competition! He was recognized for his essay submission, “The Sound of Drums Behind a Stage.” The essay competition challenged students to think outside the box and find a connection to Japanese culture in their life.
