The 6th grade Math Olympiads club recently attended a tournament at SUNY Old Westbury. Aditi Sujun, Sara Feng, Eric Thaw, Justin Dexter, and Daniel Guo, participated in both individual and team competitions against 50 other teams on Long Island. They worked diligently all year in preparation for this tournament which consisted of high-level challenging math questions and puzzles. The students were able to foster their mathematical creativity and strengthen their problem-solving skills, and they showed amazing ingenuity while doing so. Mrs. Mulholland was incredibly proud of the job done by all of the students and knows how hard they worked for this day.
