Bethpage students had the BEST time at the Cradle of Aviation where they learned all about how Grumman was the “cradle” of aviation- right in our backyard! Students also coded drones and were able to fly them. It was an uplifting experience!
JFK Student Council Builder's Club received a visit from Maria Mora, the Executive Director of Nassau County SPCA, after they had made dog toys with old t-shirts for the organization. Ms. Mora informed students on how they can help local animal shelters and brought with her a friendly bunny that students got to pet.

This weekend the Art Supervisors Association All-County Art Exhibit took place at Herricks HS. Bethpage student artists had 27 pieces in the exhibit! Congratulations to Gianna Fernandez, who won the ASA scholar artist recognition for her work and all our student artists featured in the exhibit. This hands-on experience allowed them to engage with young learners, observe classroom dynamics, and practice essential teaching skills.
