Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution. CBS' 4th and 5th graders worked hard to memorize and recite the Preamble to recognize the adoption of the United States Constitution. The students participated in cross curricular activities during the school week, sang songs to help them remember the Preamble and learned motions to match and understand the important words in the document. Students that completed the challenge will receive a certificate and credit in the Bethpage School District's 21st Century Scholar Program. Congratulations to our 4th and 5th graders!
