On Friday, December 9, 2022, the Bethpage High School College English students participated in a lecture with esteemed professor Franki Kessler at the Long Island University (LIU) Post campus. Professor Kessler will continue her work here at Bethpage High School on December 19 and 20. This exemplifies one of the advantages associated with LIU's High School Scholars Program. Additionally, participants received tours of the facilities, including the updated library and science building. As an added benefit, Dr. Christopher Adams, Dean of Professional Studies, offered scholarship opportunities to all individuals enrolled in the course for college credit.
